Ernie Williams is a New Zealand motorcycle racer nearing his eighties. In his day he was world class, but his wife was terrified that he'd go to Europe to race and die pushing his guts out to win. They had a young family and Ernie chose them over the possibility of becoming a world champion. He continued to race on home soil and beat many of the Kiwis who came home with world titles in Moto-x and road racing. Some years later his wife passed away, far to young, and his children drifted away from him leaving him to wonder, to regret, not having gone.

I admit it, I watched it because of Bill Wallis... and I would again. I enjoyed it.
Bill Wallis was one of the big reasons this movie was so brilliant. I was surprised more than anything I could imagine.
I gave to all credit story writer and director. Actors they well performed, Must watch film 2 times in lifetime.
The movie of course belongs to Linda Maddock and Peter Butterworth, both fine accomplished actors who deliver all that is expected and more. Credit is also due to the script - simple, elegant, yet intelligent to make the audience focus.

First at all this movie is one of the best movies I've ever watched. The visuals, the actors, the story, the sounds, the music, everything is so pretty! Linda Maddock plays her role beautifully and charming. Peter Butterworth never played better. You won't see such a movie ever again
Pretty much everyone who is in this film is ten times better than they've ever been! Full Throttle is artistic, beautiful... Perfect colors, perfect everything... gotta love it!
