Shukradese
Shukradesea ( well-being )is an idea that was conceived more than 3 years ago and narrates a near real life situation. In Vedic Astrology Venus, (shukra) is considered to be an auspicious planet by nature. It represents wealth and prosperity, and that's what the film's title is all about. Joseph Ninasam, a well known stage play director and acting coach debuts as a director through this film. This movie has been a platform to the beginners to showcase their talent. Other than the music Director and the Editor of the movie none of the others are from the film fraternity. The role of Kenchaiah is played by Anil Bidahas who has essayed small roles in other movies and the role of Girija played by Sowmya Jaganmurthy, a Bharatanatyam dancer, who is a debutant and has never been trained in any acting school. All the 82 actors who have acted in the movie are first timers.
