Silenciados is a documentary that gives voice to the families of victims of urban violence in Brazil. Through their stories, the film discusses controversial subjects in the public debate: impunity, public security and minimum age of criminal responsibility. Unlikely the majority of Brazilian films that victimize the perpetrators, this documentary shows who are the real victims.
Just as described. Great addition to my collection!
Fantastic movie, fantastic cast, highly recommendable! Marta Consoli was AM-AZ-ING! He is fantastic actor, with unique face structure… Jorge Damus beauty beauty beauty! he is a little rude and senseless, but his character needed all that to be real.
I admit it, I watched it because of Jorge Damus... and I would again. I enjoyed it.
Jorge Damus is so talented he just makes almost every film he touches a hit! His performance in this Film is no exception.
It is truly epic in every word. This is probably one of the most ambitious movies ever made.
It is beautiful and it's such a pleasure to see Marta Consoli and Jorge Damus in roles they deserve.
Daniel Moreno has made a great movie. Gorgeous scenery, great film!
I can't think of a word good enough to describe this! The first thing I said to my boyfriend when the movie ended is "I'm almost positive this is going to make the top 250!
Very good. Recommend.
From beginning to end. Just watch it. No regrets.
I don't often see a modern film that I thoroughly enjoy, but this is one of the exceptions. From the start, you are immersed in the movie.
