I hope that this film stands the test of time because it is "classic" material.
I didn't even know about this movie, I had sort of read media about it, but I thought it was to be a series. Well, caught the movie on TV, seen it 5 times, it is extraordinary! The storyline, the filming, the acting, what a treat!!!
This movie is absolutely one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life.
I really enjoyed this movie from beginning to end.
Ever since the beginning of the film, I was so amazed and happy That I was at the premier of the movie. Very good acting from all the main characters and good acting from the rest.
Excellent film!!!! But then again I feel Kim Deal can't make a bad movie :-)
Glad i did see it! It was great! The plot was original and the choice of actors was exceptional! Sean Dickson was great, and i am in love with Edwyn Collins!
I have to say that Songs from Northern Britain: The Sound of Young Scotland 1986-1992 was brilliant on each scale, whether be its story, Visual Effects and the ensemble cast!
Hilarious with some heart felt moments. Very clever plot line.
Absolute masterclass in sound editing, not to mention the campy script, brilliant acting, soundtrack, and set design!
