Fantastic! Each character had their own unique voice and their own unique reaction to the situation at hand. Luis Guzmán and Whoopi Goldberg were the only actors who I knew fairly well beforehand. However, after watching the film twice, I became a fan of everyone.
When you are using real actors and not "reheated" stars alongside silly semi-amateurs, plus a script that does not self plagiarize, any movie can only be good and very good!
The movie of course belongs to Luis Guzmán and Whoopi Goldberg, both fine accomplished actors who deliver all that is expected and more. Credit is also due to the script - simple, elegant, yet intelligent to make the audience focus.
This movie is well worth watching. Don't miss it. It doesn’t have any cursing, and has a Great Story!
The best of the best! The more I watch it on repeat the better it gets, I'm sure many will disagree with me, I don't care, this film ticks all the boxes.
