Sixteen years after the release of the ground-breaking film Rivers and Tides - Andy Goldsworthy Working with Time director Thomas Riedelsheimer has returned to work with the artist. Leaning into the Wind - Andy Goldsworthy follows Andy on his exploration of the layers of his world and the impact of the years on himself and his art. As Goldsworthy introduces his own body into the work it becomes at the same time even more fragile and personal and also sterner and tougher, incorporating massive machinery and crews on his bigger projects. Riedelsheimer's exquisite film illuminates Goldsworthy's mind as it reveals his art.
great performance by all, I truly enjoyed this Documentary movie
Thomas Riedelsheimer did exceptional, balancing each character perfectly to their own spotlight. Nothing felt over done or unnecessary, every moment was completely motivated and executed beautifully.
Great documentary film. No complaints...
This is definitely a movie I will be watching several times in the cinema.
Great movie! Totally unexpected and gets a little more serious than I thought it would from title picture.
Such a good movie. "Leaning into the Wind - Andy Goldsworthy" is worth watching. The characters were all so interesting on their own.
One of the best movies I have ever seen. Written well, directed well and told well. Thank you for sharing this with the world.
I loved watching this movie. Very good movie and it was kind of sad at the end. A MUST watch movie.
Penché dans le vent: Andy Goldsworthy has been shot beautifully. The acting is great, seriously! The writing is good - not flawless at all.
