Comments about drama «The Rhythm Section» (1948)
Blake Lively stars as Stephanie Patrick, an ordinary woman on a path of self-destruction after her family is tragically killed in a plane crash. When Stephanie discovers that the crash was not an accident, she enters a dark, complex world to seek revenge on those responsible and find her own redemption. Based on the novel by Mark Burnell, from director Reed Morano ("The Handmaid's Tale") and the producers of the James Bond film series, The Rhythm Section also stars Jude Law and Sterling K. Brown.
Here's a fine example of a film that may makes up for an exciting watch due to its director Reed Morano extra-ordinary sense of creating spectacles that feel like breathing artworks.
This was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time...
Good entertainment. Enjoyed it. Recomend !
Great movie. I think I'm going to watch again right now.
It takes a very good movie to keep my attention. I found I had to remind myself to keep breathing!!
The movie of course belongs to Blake Lively and Jude Law, both fine accomplished actors who deliver all that is expected and more. Credit is also due to the script - simple, elegant, yet intelligent to make the audience focus.
We wanted a good Action movie and this was it! Loved it!
La section rythmique is one of the most ambitious and most amazing movies I've ever seen. This is the Masterpiece with the capital 'M', which makes you shiver, once you grasp the greatness of it all.
