After freeing a young girl from her unjust imprisonment in Jerusalem, Phryne Fisher begins to unravel a mystery concerning priceless emeralds, ancient curses and the truth behind the suspicious disappearance of Shirin's forgotten tribe.
WOW. This film was a breath of fresh air! Essie Davis and Ashleigh Cummings did awesome job! Essie Davis was excellent at playing and does it flawlessly. The body language, facial expressions, etc., he does it perfectly! Ashleigh Cummings was very good at playing his role; bringing charisma, a little humor, and a good amount of authority and responsibility.
Great performance by everyone!
Amazing story, Amazing acting by all, and Ashleigh Cummings was indeed brilliant. A must see.
Love the movie. Feel like it could of been longer , but it was a good movie
Excellent movie! We all enjoyed it and highly recommend it!
The casting was done perfectly. I don't think I've ever watched a movie as visually stunning as this one.
Five stars. It is what it is. Not gonna win any oscars, but much more fun than most oscar winners. Suspend your disbelief, sit back, and enjoy. And try not to take life too seriously.
Tony Tilse and his cast have rejuvenated a struggling and boring cinema, they have resurrected the almost dying art of epic film-making.
A very good movie! When it comes to end, you want to see more, and more, and more…
